How do I know which package is right for me?

What happens during coaching calls?

Coaching calls are a space for us to assess progress, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your training, nutrition, and mindset approach. We’ll work on personalised strategies that fit your needs, so you always leave with clear next steps.

Do I need access to a gym, or can I train at home?

Your programme is designed around your preferences, available resources and what would be most impactful for your goals. Whether you train at a gym or at home, I’ll create a plan and provide recommendations that'll work for you.

Do You Offer In-Person Coaching?

I specialise in online coaching, which means you get flexibility, structure, and accountability, wherever you are.

​

With online coaching, you’ll have a clear, adaptable plan, regular check-ins, and accountability to keep you on track, all designed to fit into your lifestyle. If you're looking for a deeper coaching experience beyond the workouts, this is the right place for you.

​

As I am Netherlands-based, options for hybrid coaching & training within the Amsterdam area (combining online and in-person support) may be explored in the future!

What kind of nutrition coaching do you offer?

As a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, my approach is rooted in habit-based, sustainable nutrition, not rigid meal plans or food rules.

 

I won't be telling you what to eat, we’ll focus on building habits that support your body and your goals, helping you make choices that feel good, are nourishing, and work in real life.

​

Yes, you can lose weight or build muscle without rigid rules. I provide personalised strategies tailored to your needs, including portioning, meal planning, macronutrient awareness, and mindful eating techniques; so you can fuel your body without stress or restriction

​

What if I struggle with consistency; how much support do I really get?

Struggling with consistency is exactly why coaching exists; you don’t have to do this alone.

​

Consistency doesn’t mean being perfect - it means showing up and adapting when life happens. I’ll help you identify challenges that make consistency difficult and navigate them with greater confidence, so you feel more in control of your progress.

​

Depending on your package, you’ll receive structured accountability through weekly or daily check-ins, personalised progress tracking, and WhatsApp support. My role is to help you build consistency step by step, adjusting your plan when needed and keeping you focused on your goals; without guilt or pressure.

​

What is the minimum commitment period?

While all coaching plans operate on a monthly rolling basis, a minimum 12-week commitment is highly recommended to allow enough time to build sustainable habits, navigate challenges, and see meaningful progress.

​

A 12-week timeframe provides the opportunity to build rapport and trust, create momentum and consistency, and implement strategies that lead to real, lasting change rather than quick fixes.

​

However, you have the flexibility to continue on a monthly rolling plan or commit to a longer-term plan for additional benefits and a discounted rate.

What if I need to pause my coaching?

I know that life doesn’t always go as planned, and sometimes adjustments are needed. While coaching is designed to be a consistent commitment, my goal is to help you stay consistent; especially through life’s changes.

​

If something unexpected comes up, we can discuss the best approach to keep you supported, whether that’s adjusting your plan or finding an alternative way forward. The focus is always on prioritising your wellbeing so you can navigate life’s changes with greater capacity, clarity, and authenticity.

​

Are there refunds if I change my mind?​

Due to the time, effort, and personalised nature of coaching, all payments are final and non-refundable. However, I’m committed to making sure coaching is a valuable experience for you, and we’ll work together to keep you on track!
